My story: Seasons 1, 2, and 3
Season 1
I’ve worked in high-powered finance and sales jobs for over 25 years. My career has been full of sedentary jobs. Sitting at a desk, sitting at a conference room table, sitting on a plane, lots and lots of sitting. Once I hit 40 my annual physical showed how all the sitting was hurting my health. High cholesterol, high blood pressure, and low energy were the norm.
My two sons continued to get older, and more active. I was running out of gas mentally and physically.
Season 2
I made a choice to revamp my lifestyle starting with an IG account @LosingItAllAt40. I hired a fitness coach, a nutritionist, and started working out at a local gym.
I set a goal of competing in a transformation body-building contest. I learned how to fuel my body, and started planning what physique I wanted to maintain, that also fit in my (still) busy lifestyle.
Season 3
3 years later I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m eating right, training hard, building mass, and enjoying it.
My two boys have joined me and are working on building fitness habits early to help with wrestling and basketball.
Now I’m ready to help you get to your season 3, and start living!
